Inkake (INKAKE LLP) is committed to deliver
your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. most orders are
accompanied by a small note describing the concept/process/making, etc. (look
out for yours!) we ship throughout the week, except weekends & public
holidays. to ensure that the quality and handling of the product is not
compromised, we only ship through reputed agencies. if there is no courier
service available in your area, please write to us at wecare@inkake.com and
we will help you out.Please note by purchasing from Inkake you as
the buyer agree to our shopping terms, conditions and policies. -
What is our shipping policy?
Shipping charges within India is included in the
price.The shipping charges outside India will be
calculated at checkout. For order(s) containing multiple products, the system
adds up the total of all individual shipping charges.For order(s) outside India, there may be additional
charges including but not limited to Customs, wood treatment ectara.Custom charges may be charged by our shipper at the
time of delivery. For any other charges, our team will correspond the charges
via email to you prior to shipping.The prices displayed on our website are inclusive
of GST. Such prices are however, exclusive of any other taxes applicable in
your region.All shipping costs are non-refundable.

How is your order processed?
On placing your order, you will receive an email
containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your
location. From the date of placing order, we would normally take 5-12 working
days to ship your order. In some locations, the delivery may take longer,
depending on the accessibility of your location by the third party transport
companies. In such a case, we will proactively reach out to you and provide you
with updates.In case you need a product by a particular date,

Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at
the time of placing the order. -
What is our return and exchange policy?
Before placing the order, please read item
descriptions and note details mentioned for each product on the website
carefully.Order once placed is non refundable. All products
are made to order and we do not do exchange of products.Our shipments are carefully inspected before
leaving our workshop. However, if your order(s) is damaged during shipping or
an incorrect order is delivered to you, please follow the instructions
hereinbelow:We only replace a damaged or incorrect order, if
informed within 2 working days from receiving such order(s). If you would like
to request the same, please write to us at wecare@inkake.com .Credit
Note: In any other case, where you do not wish for a replacement, Inkake will
issue a credit note for the cost of the damaged or incorrect order(s). While
redeeming the credit note, the value of the subsequent order cannot be lesser
than the value of the credit note. In the event the value of subsequent order
exceeds the value of the credit note, the difference between such amounts has
to be paid by you.Should you have any other concerns regarding your
damaged or incorrect order(s), please write to us at wecare@inkake.com .We generally offer free pickup and shipping for the
return and replacement of your damaged or incorrect order(s). However, if your
area is not serviceable by us, we would duly inform you the same at the contact
details provided by you at the time of placing your order(s)and we will assist
you for such return and replacement.
